i dont have nail polish remover or thinner or anything like that and the only thing i can think of is water. will it work?Can you use water to thin out nail polish?

No, it will not work because a nail polish remover has a specific chemical use to remove nail polish. Water doesn't have any chemicals.
No but you can with a little bit of pure acetone. Plus if you keep you polish in the fridge it won't get thick
a drop of nail polish remover accually help beleive it or not....water makes the nail pollish more dense and hard to use.
You could try. If it's all you have.
But it probably isn't going to work very well.
