How can you make nail polish dry faster?

The quick dry top coat from OPI is great. But it can also make your nail color shrink and look grown out if you apply it too thickly. The quick drying spray also tends to dry out your cuticles though, so use a thick cuticle butter (like Burt's Bees) afterwards to keep them moist. Running your hands under cold water afterwards, or dipping them in ice water like the other girl said works awesomely, but the hair dryer can cause the polish to bubble if it gets too hot and that doesn't look pretty. How can you make nail polish dry faster?
I just use fast-dry nail polish, it's very quick. Gently waving your hands in the air, though, can help speed up the process. How can you make nail polish dry faster?
Apply thin coats.
Rimmel 60 Seconds Vinyl Shine nail color. It's cheap and dries in 60 seconds. I love it! It's truly some of the best polish I've had.
You can get a top coat that also has a sealer in it and it will dry quick, or place hands under a nail dryer for 10 min.
There is a spray you can buy at beauty stores. It ';freezes'; the polish. You can dry your nails in seconds.
after the polish, put your hands in the refrigerator
You can use a hairdryer. Just don't smudge the polish when turning on the dryer! ;)
have a bowl of ice water ready. paint nails, then dip into ice water for 1-2 min.

or you can always use the fast drying nail polish...that stuff works wonders!!
You can blow on it.
