Paint stripper or acetone (finger nail polish remover) should remove the stain, along with some elbow grease. The problem becomes re-sealing the floor (that's terrazzo by the way). The grout, if you used tiles, the cement and the stones all have different absorption rates and can be harmed (or not) by cleaners. Without any more information, I'd visit your local tile and floor professional and get some specific advice.
