Is it bad to always have nail polish on your nails?

Well..I almost always have nail polish on my nails..


and i can't see anything bad happening..but some people say it might be bad for your nails..


idk..but i need advice on this..


and if it is bad..any way to make it NOT bad??Is it bad to always have nail polish on your nails?
its not that bad. i might wreak your nails if you have it on alllll the time, so just take it off once in awhile. I also heard that nail polish remover ruins your nails to. makes them more weaker.Is it bad to always have nail polish on your nails?
yea it is bad, just how when you have tips on for too long you can get fungus underneath, like if you have nail polish on all the time your nails and taking in all those chemicals.
i thought it was good....


as long as you use a strengthening base coat under stain prone colors like dark red or black. use a cuticle cream and remove the polish once a week.





but I haven't heard of it being BAD to wear polish alot
Leaving it on all the time really weakens my nails-maybe take it off overnight occasionally to give your nails a rest?
